01 · What we do
01
Mechanical and system design for residential, commercial, institutional and laboratory buildings. Stamped, coordinated, buildable, and taken through construction.
02
Early stage modelling that tells you what a target costs before it is committed to a pro forma. At community scale this extends to master planning and shared energy infrastructure.
03
Net zero and zero carbon pathways that survive value engineering, including certification frameworks, with operational carbon measured rather than assumed.
04
Where repetition exists we take it off site. This is the work that became R6 Systems.
02 · Selected projects
From an 8,000 sf brewery concept to 500,000 sf of federal laboratories. The constraint changes; the method does not.

03 · How we work
Engineering first, not last
We join early enough to change the outcome. Brought in after the massing is fixed, all we can do is document someone else’s decisions.
One model, three currencies
Capital cost, operating cost and carbon in the same model, so a trade-off is a decision rather than a surprise.
Procurement is design
What can be bought, when, and from whom shapes the drawings. We plan it rather than inherit it.
Validated, not asserted
Performance claims go through third-party engineering validation, and where a building is occupied we measure it afterwards. If we cannot prove it we do not put it in a deck.
