The shift
Benefits
Coordination happens once
The assembly is engineered once and repeated. Clashes are resolved in the model instead of surfacing in the field as change orders.
Less exposure to trade labour
Skilled trade availability is the constraint no schedule can design around. A reference 100-unit building goes from 25 trades over five months to 15 installers over days.
No performance drift
Equipment and circuits are tested before the unit leaves the factory, and every suite is metered, so what was specified is what gets measured.
Electrification without the premium
All electric is usually the expensive option, which is why it gets value engineered out. Consolidating the systems removes enough cost that the target survives the pro forma.

Validated performance
Operational carbon reduction, heating and hot water
Less time on site · 150 days to 6.5
Less on-site labour than conventional
CO2e saved over ten years per 100-unit building
Life cycle assessment prepared to ISO 14040/14044 and EN 15978, independently reviewed and validated by a third-party engineering consultancy. Reference building: 100-unit, 10,000 m² mid-rise residential in Toronto, Ontario 2025 grid intensity. Cost and specification data released under NDA.
